August's Art, Paper, Scissors features upcycled packaging materials incorporating texture for mini mixed media collages. Ready to tuck into some serious paper play? Join us for August ’s installment of our monthly Art, Paper, Scissors series! In this fun, hands-on 3-hour workshop, we are celebrating the absolute joy of summer by diving into the world of nature. Our focus is the incredibly versatile Reverse Canvas technique. You’ll learn how to transform a standard canvas into a framed three-dimensional home for art and whimsy. The design is entirely up to you! While we’ll have plenty of gorgeous botanicals, birds, and butterflies on hand to inspire you and help you realize your personal summer vibe. Snip, layer, and arrange a multi-dimensional ecosystem that is uniquely yours. Whether you’re a seasoned collage enthusiast or just looking to try a totally new creative project, you'll leave with a beautiful, ready-to-hang masterpiece and a healthy dose of summer inspiration.
