About the event
Laura Ziebarth will lead you through all the steps to make an original encaustic painting.
The art of encaustic ( meaning to burn in) dates back to ancient Greece but feels like a fresh and contemporary medium.
The workshop will cover basic encaustic techniques (painting with pigments in heated wax and move step-by-step to support beginners through more advanced artists in creating a finished piece.
All levels are welcome.
